How to comply with EU price transparency (Omnibus)

  1. When you advertise a discount, do you show the lowest price from the previous 30 days as the “before” price?
  2. Are your “was” / RRP reference prices real prices you actually charged — not inflated to fake a bigger discount?
  3. Is the total price — incl. tax and any unavoidable fees — shown before checkout, with no surprise charges added late?
  4. Are urgency claims (countdown timers, “ends tonight”, “only 2 left”) always actually true?
