In practice, Etsy Compliance's checker looks at whether you can answer "yes" to each of these. Each one is a place sellers commonly get caught:

AI-assisted work you direct is allowed if listed honestly — 'Designed by a seller', disclosed, and a finished product. Misclassified or undisclosed AI listings risk removal under the 2025 Creativity Standards.
Add a clear line in the description, e.g. 'Created with AI assistance, edited and finalized by the seller', and set the production fields (who/when made, category) correctly.
No — selling prompt packs as the product is prohibited. Sell the finished generated files instead.
